Rare Earth Fluorides
A family of rare earth fluorides (REF₃) including LaF₃, CeF₃, NdF₃, PrNdF₃ and YF₃ — key precursors for rare earth metal electrolysis and specialty optical materials.
Using our own hydrofluoric acid and ammonium bifluoride as feedstock, we synthesise rare earth fluorides to customer-specified ratios and purity from 99% to 99.99%. Products serve molten-salt electrolysis of rare earth metals, polishing powders, specialty glass, laser crystals and carbon arc lighting. Particle size (D50) and loss on ignition are adjustable to your electrolysis process.
International trade names: Fluoruros de tierras raras (Spanish), Fluoretos de terras raras (Portuguese), Фториды редкоземельных элементов (Russian). Overseas buyers frequently search for this product under these local-language names.

Safety & handling
Generally not classified as dangerous goods, though dust protection is required. Cerium-bearing grades are oxidising — segregate from reducing agents.
More in our portfolio
Hydrofluoric Acid
An aqueous solution of hydrogen fluoride (HF). A colourless, fuming and highly corrosive liquid that attacks glass and siliceous materials. ANFA supplies the full 30–70% concentration range across industrial and electronic (UP / EL) grades, tailored to your process.
Learn moreAmmonium Bifluoride
White needle-like crystals, deliquescent and prone to caking; soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. The aqueous solution is acidic and attacks glass. Decomposes into ammonia and hydrogen fluoride on heating.
Learn moreCalcium Fluoride (Fluorspar)
The originating raw material of the fluorine chemical industry. ANFA supplies acid-grade fluorspar concentrate (CaF₂ 85–97%) and metallurgical grade fluorspar for HF production, metallurgical fluxing and construction materials.
