Metal Surface Treatment — Custom Blends
Fluoride-based, purpose-built for your process: stainless steel pickling, aluminium treatment, titanium-zirconium conversion, glass etching and chrome-free passivation — supplied as custom-blended raw materials with formulation support.
Metal surface treatment is a priority application area for ANFA. We do not sell generic products: starting from your substrate (carbon steel / stainless / aluminium / copper / titanium), line type (immersion / spray / wipe), temperature and cycle time, we design the fluoride-to-mineral-acid ratio in reverse and deliver ready-to-use concentrates or single-component raw materials. Lab samples, process parameter guidance and on-site commissioning support are included.
International trade names: Tratamiento de superficies metálicas (Spanish), Tratamento de superfícies metálicas (Portuguese), Обработка поверхности металлов (Russian). Overseas buyers frequently search for this product under these local-language names.

Safety & handling
Components are largely Class 8 corrosives. SDS, handling instructions and emergency procedures are shipped with every order; HF-specific first-aid provisions are recommended.
More in our portfolio
Hydrofluoric Acid
An aqueous solution of hydrogen fluoride (HF). A colourless, fuming and highly corrosive liquid that attacks glass and siliceous materials. ANFA supplies the full 30–70% concentration range across industrial and electronic (UP / EL) grades, tailored to your process.
Learn moreAmmonium Bifluoride
White needle-like crystals, deliquescent and prone to caking; soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. The aqueous solution is acidic and attacks glass. Decomposes into ammonia and hydrogen fluoride on heating.
Learn moreCalcium Fluoride (Fluorspar)
The originating raw material of the fluorine chemical industry. ANFA supplies acid-grade fluorspar concentrate (CaF₂ 85–97%) and metallurgical grade fluorspar for HF production, metallurgical fluxing and construction materials.
